Three steps.

Email us
Send a note to contact@voyagerlabs.tech with “Data Deletion Request” in the subject. Tell us your full name and the email on the account.

Grab a copy first (if you want)
Before we delete anything, you can ask for a copy of what we hold: your activity, metadata, anything you uploaded. No charge.
03
We delete it
Once we’ve confirmed it’s actually you, we wipe everything associated with the account within 30 days. You get an email when it’s done.

The small print
A few things we have to keep a little longer: payment records and anything the law makes us hang on to. They sit on their own, separate from the live product, and only get touched if an auditor asks.
