Your name, email, and whatever else you type into a form or send in an email when you get in touch or sign up for something.

How the app runs
Which device, OS, and version of our app you’re on, and which features you actually use. So we know where to spend time when we fix things.

Crash and performance logs
When something breaks, the app tells us what happened so we can stop it breaking again. We don’t look unless there’s a reason to.

What we do with it.
Run the product you’re paying for (or using for free), and keep it running. We don’t build ad profiles, we don’t sell data to brokers, and we don’t share it with marketers.

Delivering the features you signed up for, keeping them working, and making them better.

Writing back to you
Replying when you contact us. Occasional release notes if you’ve asked for them. Nothing else.

Staying out of trouble
Spotting abuse, fixing security issues, and keeping the regulators happy.

Your rights, wherever you are.
Wherever you live, you get the same rights. We follow GDPR for the EU, NDPR for Nigeria, and whatever else applies. When rules overlap, we follow the stricter one.

Ask us, and we’ll send you everything we hold on your account. No hoops.
Delete it all
Wipe the account and everything attached. See the Data deletion page for how.

Our apps aren’t built for kids under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect anything from them. If we find out we have, we delete it.
